What Is GentleCure Radiation Therapy?
GentleCure uses Image-Guided Superficial Radiation Therapy (IG-SRT), a type of radiation specifically used to treat non-melanoma skin cancers. The advanced IG-SRT machine targets cancer cells and kills them using low levels of X-ray energy—having a 99% cure rate in basal and squamous skin cancers. Treatment is done safely at our dermatology office over the course of a few weeks, without the discomfort and cosmetic issues that are often associated with surgery.
This is the only skin cancer treatment that lets you see the cancer on the screen and review the progress made until there are no visible signs of the disease.
Looking for Ways to Cure Skin Cancer Without Surgery?
GentleCure Radiation Therapy is a treatment alternative designed to treat skin cancer without the need for surgery or the typical issues and discomfort associated with it. With IG-SRT there is no cutting, scarring, downtime periods, or need for reconstruction surgery, allowing you to maintain your daily activities as usual throughout the treatment.
